This is a complementary 15 minutes with me to discuss whether my approach to health is a good fit for your health journey.

Booked 2 weeks after the initial assessment, and recommended for all further follow up appointments. This follow up allows us to dig deeper into topics discussed in the initial, with any insight we may have gained from the preliminary treatment plan. Further testing options or modalities of treatment that may be deemed necessary will be discussed as well in this follow up. After this first follow up you will be provided with a detailed Vibrancy Plan which provides the roadmap of where we treat, your goals, recommended treatments and expected time frames.

This half hour time slot allows for a quick check-in. It's a great time to assess dosages and overall how the treatment protocol is going for you. It's also a great opportunity to ask any questions regarding your current treatment plan.

Customized meal plans based on your health needs and goals! Includes a 30 minute video call to go over any dietary concerns, allergies/sensitivities, likes/dislikes, restrictions or specific health concerns as well as any other lifestyle requirements. Includes 4 weeks of meals, delivered 2 weeks at a time. It is not a requirement to be a patient of Dr. Galay's to have a custom meal plan done, although it should be noted NO HEALTH ADVICE will be given in these appointments, so you must come with your goals and requirements in hand.

This appointment type is necessary for anyone interested in acupuncture as part of their health journey, whether they are already a current naturopathic patient or not (**if you have previously had acupuncture with Dr. Galay you do not need to book this appointment type). This one hour assessment includes a full Traditional Chinese Medicine intake. An intro to acupuncture treatment will also be preformed (fewer needles) to familiarize the patient with the needles and flow of energy. Acupuncture treatments are recommended weekly for 6-8 weeks for best results.

Required for all new patients. This initial assessment allows us to gather information (history taking, ETAScan, physical exam if necessary) about what is effecting your health. Including current symptom picture, assessing risk factors and health goals. At the end of this appointment you will be provided with a preliminary treatment plan to implement. It will be necessary to book in 3-4 follow up appointments after the initial for deeper assessment and more detailed treatment plans. This appointment type can be upwards of 2 hours in length (so bring a snack ; ) and lets dive in to Amplify Your Life.

This is a virtual appointment to check in with progress after an Initial or other Follow Up type. The virtual format does not allow for an ETAScan check in, or physical assessment, but gives us a chance to check in with how treatment is going, or to go over any new elements that may have come up. This appointment type can be up to 1 hour in length.
