This appointment includes the assessment, casting, shipping, fitting and taxes required for one pair of custom made prescription orthotics. *Please note that a deposit of $150 will be collected at this appointment in order to cast the orthotics. This appointment is for patients who have NOT sustained a concussion and would like to record a baseline reading of their normal brain function for future reference. It is recommended you complete a new baseline every 6-12 months.
