This session includes a herbal assessment and consultation. Cost of herbs are separate and are provided in concentrated granule form. This is to be mixed with warm water and consumed like a tea.
**Benefits eligible under acupuncture** This treatment includes customized acupuncture points on the face and body, gua sha facial sculpting, acupressure, and cupping. This may also include nutrition, ear seeds, take home Chinese herbal formulas and to complement your facial treatment. We will work together to thoroughly address the root cause of your skin care concerns and help you to achieve a healthy balance from the inside out.
Cupping is the use of a flame and glass cups to create a vacuum type suction on the skin to loosen muscle tightness and fascial adhesions, encourage circulation to targeted areas, and induce relaxation. This treatment is a great pick-me-up option for when you're stressed, tense, and/or experiencing muscle soreness. Please be aware that you may leave with red or purple marks on your skin after a cupping session. This is a common side effect and can last up to a week or more.
This one is for you if you've already had an initial assessment with me and would like to continue your health and wellness journey.
Choose this option if you've already had an initial assessment and would like longer time for discussion, to rest with the needles and/or for cupping/guasha.
It is recommended that new acupuncture patients book this treatment first. Alternatively, you can also choose the cosmetic acupuncture option (75 min) as your first treatment depending on your needs.
