Following this visit, we’ll schedule a virtual Report of Findings to review results and discuss a personalized care plan to support your baby’s health and development.

A quick check-in to refine technique, progress exercises, and ensure you're getting the most out of your home program. This is open to existing exercise therapy practice members needing guidance, adjustments or accountability.

(Current Exercise Therapy Practice Members Only) A focused, one-on-one session to progress your personalized exercise plan. Guided by a Registered Kinesiologist, these sessions are designed to improve strength, mobility, and movement quality while addressing underlying imbalances. Ideal for ongoing rehab, injury prevention, and performance support.

Primitive (Neonatal) Reflexes are early-life reflexes that should integrate in a specific order within the first year of life. This allows us to shift neurodevelopmentally to our higher functioning and postural reflexes. These reflexes sometimes are retained or can return with any stressors (physical, emotional, chemical) from birth and throughout life which makes us use 10x the energy just to be. This can present as focus, learning, vision challenges, balance, mood regulation, coordination, language/speech challenges, sensory processing disorder and so much more. Our specific program and techniques assess the nervous system for all abilities and ages, and provide specific home exercises based on ability and age to perform between appointments. We focus on integrating the reflexes in the proper order to allow your child to function with more efficiency, ease and at their highest potential!

Breastfeeding shouldn't be painful. There are many things that can be affecting your breastfeeding or pumping journey. One condition some women face are blocked milk ducts or mastitis. Ultrasound treatments can be used for painful and swollen breast tissue in breastfeeding mothers. With ultrasound treatments the painful symptoms realted to the blocked or clogged milk ducts can often be dramatically improved in a few visits. This service is not diagnostic and we always recommend that women dealing with breastfeeding concerns and/or pain are working with an IBCLC. Referrals for this service from your NP, OB, Midwife, Physician are not required but are recommended to ensure you have been fully assessed and are being monitored.
