Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Eric spent years as a casual bodybuilder, which allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the importance of balancing physical activity with proper self-care. He also appreciates the challenges faced by office workers and understands how sedentary habits can impact posture, leading to discomfort and long-term issues.
Eric specializes in sports massage and is dedicated to helping his clients recover from injury, improve their posture, and enhance overall mobility. He enjoys working with athletes and individuals who are looking to prevent injuries, as well as those in the workplace who need support in correcting posture and relieving the stress and tension that comes from long hours at a desk.
With a friendly and approachable personality, Eric tailors each treatment to his patient’s unique needs, ensuring that every session is customized for effective results. He is committed to promoting awareness of stagnation and uses a variety of techniques to improve his patients' physical health.
Eric also enjoys empowering his patients with the tools they need for self-care and recovery. He often provides home-care exercises that help patients achieve sustainable results and maintain their progress outside of the clinic.
In his downtime, Eric enjoys staying active in the gym and gaming, embracing a well-rounded lifestyle that helps him stay physically and mentally balanced.
