Evangeline is a registered physiotherapist, who graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy.
Evangeline believes that movement is for everyone and she’s passionate about helping people feel stronger, move with confidence, and get back to doing the things they love. Whether recovering from an injury, managing pain, returning to exercise, or trying it for the first time, Evangeline will meet you where you're at and work with you to create a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.
Evangeline has experience working with a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. She also has experience in supporting individuals throughout their cancer journey, and has completed a certification in Cancer & Exercise for Health & Fitness Professionals, to safely provide exercise prescription for those living with and beyond cancer.
Outside of the clinic, you'll likely find Evangeline out for a run, hiking local trails, lifting weights, or spending time with her dog, Frankie. She believes that everyone deserves to participate in the activities that bring them joy, and she loves helping her patients build the strength, confidence, and knowledge to get there.

IMPORTANT: NEW CLIENTS PLEASE BOOK AN INITIAL PELVIC FLOOR PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSESSMENT and make a note in your intake form that you are interested in Labour and Birth Prep - your physiotherapist will still cover the information however requires additional time if this is your first visit. This appointment will help you feel more prepared and informed for delivery. A pelvic floor trained physiotherapist will review pelvic floor preparation, labour and delivery positions, exercises to support labour progression, and early postpartum recovery. Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend this appointment.
