there is a field.
I'll meet you there."

“I believe the relationship between therapist and client can be one of the most meaningful and healing connections we experience. When someone chooses to share their story with me, I hold that trust with care. My hope is to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and respectful of your cultural background, where you can show up as you are and feel seen, understood, and supported.

As an immigrant, I understand some of the pressures, identity struggles, and invisible weight of expectations that many people carry, especially those from marginalized communities. I work alongside individuals navigating grief, trauma, relationship challenges, childhood attachment wounds, emotion regulation, people-pleasing, and boundary setting, among other concerns.
I also understand that grief and trauma do not always show up in obvious ways, and that people-pleasing can sometimes develop as a way of staying safe, feeling accepted, or holding on to connection. In our work together, we can gently explore the patterns that have shaped you, make sense of what feels heavy, and help you move toward a way of being that feels more grounded, intentional, and true to who you are.
I am especially passionate about walking alongside individuals from marginalized backgrounds as they reconnect with their voice, take up space in their lives, and build relationships that feel balanced, respectful, and secure.
Many of us learn to move through life in survival mode, pushing ourselves beyond our limits just to feel like we are enough. Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and begin creating something different. Together, we can explore the stories you carry, build tools that support you, and create a path toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and aligned for you.”
