Grace's knowledge of anatomy and functional movement has been evolving since she grew up in Lake Cowichan involved in many sports and activities from a young age. She currently enjoys weight lifting, back country hiking, trail running, horseback riding, swing dancing, and pickleball.
Grace creates a calm environment where she utilizes effective techniques and provides personalized homecare after the treatment. She believes that when we are feeling strong and empowered in our bodies that it translates positively into every other aspect of our lives. Grace’s goal as your RMT is to help you understand your own body better, and assist you in reaching your personal goals for your health and well being. Grace is a firm believer that movement is medicine, and that through movement we are able to tap into joy.
