Laser Therapy, also known as Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), Photobiomodulation, Cold Laser, etc. is a light-based technology proven to be highly effective in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems, and wound healing. The cold laser is the application of red and near infra-red light over injuries or lesions to improve wound and soft tissue healing, reduce inflammation and give relief for both acute and chronic pain. LLLT is used to: increase the speed, quality and tensile strength of tissue repair; resolve inflammation and relieve pain (analgesia). The technology is non-invasive, non-toxic, and is currently utilized in many countries world-wide.

Physical needling is a therapeutic technique used by therapists to treat musculoskeletal pain by inserting thin, sterile needles into myofascial trigger points. It aims to reduce muscle tension, improve range of motion, and increase blood flow. It is commonly used for back pain, neck pain, headaches, and sports injuries. When you add on the low level laser therapy it will help to increase your healing potential by up to 100%. but it is still recommended to have a couple days to recooperate.
