Hannah graduated from the Vancouver Career College’s massage therapy program where she gained extensive knowledge in anatomy and physiology and how to apply that knowledge effectively in treatment. Hannah is passionate about helping people through their journey towards health and wellness and believes strongly in the many benefits of massage therapy. She enjoys working closely with her patients helping them manage tension and pain while discovering what is most effective for each individual. Hannah uses a combination of techniques including but not limited to fascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage joint mobilization, and relaxing Swedish techniques. In her spare time she enjoys being active and spending time with her family.

Includes external facial techniques and intra-oral (buccal) manual therapy to address jaw tension, TMJ-related discomfort, headaches, and myofascial restrictions. Gentle lymphatic techniques may be incorporated as indicated. This includes the use of hot and cold hydrotherapy tools as well as subtle full body stretches to encourage tissue relaxation and support overall parasympathetic response. Informed consent is obtained prior to intra-oral treatment and can be removed at any time during treatment. Fascial Stretch and Massage is a pain-free, mostly supine, therapist-assisted method of stretching the whole body using traction and gentle oscillating movements to decompress joints and lengthen fascial tissues, improving mobility and flexibility with added soft tissue work. This Stretch treatment is done fully clothed on the table, the patient is asked to please wear something comfortable that will allow your body to move freely (exercise/yoga wear) and bring clean socks.
