Hannah has been a trusted RMT in the community for over 14 years, and is dedicated to helping people feel their best.
With a deep curiosity to help find the root cause, she has learned a range of techniques like osteopathic myofascial-release, pressure/trigger point therapy and positional-release therapy. This allows her to treat a variety of issues such as chronic neck/back pain, postural imbalances, headaches and migraines, sports maintenance needs, stress/anxiety, and more.
After becoming a mom herself, Hannah developed an intense passion for infant care and all things baby. She received her Certified Pedeatric Massage Therapist designation and loves supporting newborns and babies, especially with latch/feeding issues or helping with body tension and nervous system regulation. She hopes to help make the postpartum journey so much lighter for new moms by helping with their little ones.

CALL TO BOOK. This appointment is for new patients/newborns under 4 months old. Sessions include gentle manual therapy, CFT and CST to improve function, nervous system regulation, support oral ties and feeding issues, and relieve tension. Note: Sessions are baby-led and can be done while feeding, playing, or resting. Appointments may end early depending on baby’s tolerance.

Certified pediatric massage is a gentle and adaptive treatment tailored to your child’s needs to help reduce tension, regulate their nervous system and promote structural alignment from pre-crawling ages to pre-teen sports.

CALL TO BOOK. This appointment is for new or existing patients to the clinic. CFT is a gentle hands-on treatment to support nervous system regulation and reduce fascial tension to restore ease of movement. Please wear comfortable flexible clothes as this session is fully clothed.
