Reflexology is a science and an art based on the principle that there are reflexes on the hands, feet and ears that relate to the entire body, glands and organs. By applying pressure using specific thumb and finger techniques, reflexology will help to reduce tension in the body, promote relaxation, improve circulation, promote healing and help to bring the body and mind back to balance.
