Jack brings a lifelong passion for athletics to his practice, grounded in personal experience with weightlifting, and snowboarding. After facing his own injuries and recovery challenges, he discovered the power of massage therapy—and was inspired to help others heal and perform at their best.
Specializing in sports-related treatments, injury recovery, and overall wellness, Jack draws on techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports massage. His goal is to support each client in improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing physical performance.
Outside the clinic, Jack continues to stay active through the same sports that first sparked his interest in massage therapy.

Buccal Facial Massage focuses on structures of the upper chest, shoulders, neck, face, and scalp. The jaw can be treated both externally and optionally, with an intraoral approach. With gloved hands, the therapist gently works to release deeper layers of tension in structures surrounding the jaw, making it especially helpful for those experiencing jaw tightness, teeth clenching, or TMJ-related discomfort. This treatment also promotes lymphatic drainage, improves circulation, reduces headaches, and helps treat facial and jaw tension.
A full-body, assisted stretching treatment that gently targets the fascia and joints to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and restore balanced movement and mobility.
