Jade graduated from Vancouver Career College , where she completed a comprehensive massage therapy program. During her training, she gained hands-on experience in various techniques, including deep tissue massage, and myofascial release. Before pursuing massage therapy, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Jade explains that while it may seem like a different field, her engineering background taught her problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of how systems work—which translates well into understanding the human body and addressing clients’ needs.

Registered Massage Therapy is a hands on session using both manual therapy and myofascial techniques to relieve muscle tension, pain and restore mobility. Your therapist may give you additional stretching or exercises that complement the target areas of your treatment. Your therapist will ask for your feedback on your preference for pressure applied during the session. Please wear comfortable clothing.
