Jamie received her Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University and her Bachelor of Science in Honours Biophysics from the University of British Columbia.
Jamie has worked with a wide variety of patient populations and enjoys working with people of all ages.
Her treatment approach includes a combination of manual therapy, active rehabilitation, and patient education. She strongly believes that a client’s journey to recovery starts with setting realistic, individualized goals and having a positive mindset. She encourages clients to be active throughout the rehabilitation process, and ways to remain active even after their recovery.
Apart from treating general orthopaedic conditions, Jamie has interests in the management of:
• vertigo/dizziness
• glenohumeral/shoulder joint
• low back
• knee injury
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, going for walks, and spending time with her family/friends.

**Initial ICBC Appointment is only bookable by contacting us, please email us at modernwellnessmt@gmail.com or leave us a voicemail at 236-454-6776 providing 1) ICBC Claim Number 2) Date of Accident so we can validate the claim with ICBC and receive approval. If you would like to start treatment before your claim has been approved, you are able to do so, however you must pay the full treatment cost until claim is approved. It is the patients responsibility to collect reimbursement from ICBC for treatments provided prior to claim validation. If you are currently not approved for treatment, you will be required to pay the full amount of $105 for the session

Any sessions booked outside of the 12 week accident period will need to be paid in full privately. We require the following information before we can book your appointment: ICBC Claim # - Legal Name - Contact Number- Email - Accident Date - Adjustor Claim Specialist Name and Contact
