I've always been passionate about helping people feel better, and that's why I decided to become a massage therapist. I firmly believe that taking care of our bodies is the key to living happier, healthier lives.

I received my training from Vancouver Career College, where I gained over 300 hours of hands-on experience in the student clinic. This experience allowed me to refine my skills under the guidance of experienced instructors. Additionally, I had the opportunity to extend my expertise through outreach programs, where I provided massage therapy to diverse groups, including residents at retirement centers, SFU athletes, and BCIT students. These experiences enriched my practice and provided a balanced foundation for my professional career.

Lactation massage is a gentle, therapeutic technique designed to support breastfeeding parents by improving milk flow, relieving breast discomfort, and promoting overall relaxation. This specialized massage helps reduce engorgement, clogged ducts, tenderness, and swelling while encouraging healthy circulation of the breast and lymphatic system. Using light, nurturing pressure and safe, effective techniques, lactation massage can support milk supply, ease discomfort during breastfeeding or pumping, and help the body recover during the postpartum period. Sessions are always performed with comfort, privacy, and care in mind, and can be tailored for early postpartum, ongoing breastfeeding, or weaning support.
