Bike fitting that is done at home or in a spin studio where the bike is stationary (peloton, exercise bike, ect..) and can not easily be moved. We will go over proper bike positioning by changing (if necessary) the saddle, bars, stem, and pedals of the bike. On top of this we will optimize cleat position with adjustments, wedges, lifts and shoe inserts. This will take approximately 1.5-2hours in length and it’s best to wear what you do for riding.

Road or gravel bike fritting done at clinic. We ask that you bring your bike, riding shoes (regular or clipless), and riding gear you would usually wear (bib shorts, chamois, etc.). We will hook your bike up to an indoor trainer to allow functional adjustments to be made on the bike. We will go over proper bike positioning by adjusting (if necessary) the saddle, bars, stem and pedals of the bike. We will also give recommendations on proper sized components if necessary. On top of this we will optimize cleat position with adjustments, wedges, lifts and shoe inserts. This fit will take about 2 hours in length. If products are recommended to improve the fit, efficiency and performance on the bike like cleat wedges and spacers, insoles and custom orthodics, and bike parts such as different saddles, bars and stems - there will be additional charges for any parts. Full transparency on the price of these products will be broken down, and a list of part recommendations will be given to the client.

This complimentary appointment is designed to help you find the right compression solution for your needs. We will take the time to understand your concerns, answer any questions and guide you toward the most appropriate compression products based on your lifestyle and goals. During the visit, you will be professionally measured to ensure an accurate and comfortable fit. This is especially important for compression garments, as proper sizing plays a key rold in effectiveness and comfort. Following your appointment, your selected items will be ordered and made available for pickup at a later date.

We will discuss the concerns or injury you are experiencing with one or both of your knees and point you in the right direction for an appropriate knee brace. We will be able to show you options, and even have some to try on so you can get a sense of how they feel on your knee. Depending on brace style and if we need to go custom, the appointment ranges from 30-60 minutes. Please bring or wear shorts to this appointment.

This is the next step after the knee brace appointment. If we needed to order you in a brace, either custom or over the counter this is the day you can pick it up! This appointment ranges from 10-30 minutes long where we will make sure an appropriate fit, go over straps, cleaning, and care of the brace. If you are able to bring or wear shorts to the appointment this will allow us to try your new brace on the bare skin. You will be able to leave with your new orthotics after this appointment!

This is the next step after the initial foot orthotic assessment. We have decided to make a custom foot orthotic for you and this is the day you pick it up! This appointment will be approximately 15 minutes long. Please bring in the shoe, or pairs of shoes we discussed during the assessment to ensure appropriate fit and comfort of your new foot orthotic. You will be able to leave with your new orthotics after this session!

Whether you are brand new to custom orthotics, or a long time user, we always start with a one hour assessment with one of our Certified Pedorthists. During your assessment we will cover: Intake and history, Primary concerns, Check foot function, health of your foot, and palpate areas of concern, Test range of motion of the foot, Brief overview of posture and gait, Review current shoes and shoe wear (give recommendations if they are not appropriate) and discuss appropriate treatment methods.
