For anyone who thinks: "I need an energy tune up" this is for you. You don't need to know reiki or energy work. Everyone should have access to the energy frequencies that are in alignment with them. This is a sacred practice and I am here to remove the mysticism and gate keeping so that everyone gets to experience the magic of energy work in their being and field. It is my sacred gift to you. This is like a reiki session that is way more potent! We will work together to set intentions. I will hold the frequencies and guide you through the attunement process. If you are already reiki attuned (any level) this may be used as a refresher attunement to the frequencies (at my discretion and your honesty).

This session combines the insight of intuitive card readings with the power of tapping to help you engage with your own inner messages. We begin with the cards. They speak in symbols, story, and subtle truth, meeting you exactly where you are. From the messages that rise, we shape a tapping script. Not pre-written. Not rehearsed. Created with you, for you, in the moment. This is where insight meets embodiment. The words become rhythm. The rhythm becomes release. You don’t have to arrive with clarity. You don’t have to know what you need. All that’s asked is presence and a willingness to meet yourself in a new way.

In this 1:1 session, we’ll tune into the quiet power your body holds. I will verbally and energetically guide you to a deeper understanding on how you can personally tap into your own abilities to receive messages. While seated on the massage table, we begin with subtle movement, touch, and presence to embody the experience and make space for what’s ready to come forward. You may find emotions rising, a truth revealing itself or an intuitive feeling you used to have but forgot for a while. I will guide you through channeling your own messages. This can be using cards, images, or the sensations in your body. Together, we’ll create a safe space to anchor the messages into your being so you can tap into this process on your own. The energetic shift might not be loud, but it will be present. This is the kind of remembering that stays with you.

This is a workshop to go over a variety of ways to protect and cleanse your home energetically. We will talk about how to connect in with the energy of your home. We will review a variety of tools you can use to cleanse the space actively and passively. This will be an integrative and interactive workshop. You are encouraged to ask questions to deepen your understanding a leave with practical tools you can use immediately.

This is EFT/tapping but in a way you haven't experienced before. I will guide you through an opening meditation to get you into your body and the space. Then I will channel a tapping script while holding the space energetically, moving around the room, clearing energy, tapping along with you, and whatever else feels aligned to do. You will tap along all the points, but do not need to speak. I will connect with the group and create custom scripts in the moment intuitively and based on anything shared. This appointment is for Face Reflexology, also known as Facial AcuZone Reflexology. FAZR can stimulate circulation, increase lymphatic flow, and ease muscle tension in face, neck and shoulders. Working the head calms the mind and improves the tone of facial muscles and the skin. Note: - Please, no make-up or jewelry on face - a neck sweep and head massage are part of the session - tank top allows for shoulders and neck to be worked on. - a carrier oil is used - the head massage is optional - although an effort is made to dry the hands to reduce carrier oil from getting in hair - please be aware this is still a possibility.

Foot and Hand Reflexology Session. Please allow yourself 1 1/2hrs, and wear pants that can roll up above the ankles and sleeves that can pull to the elbow.

Gua Sha & Reiki to promote the movement of energy, circulation and lymphatics. The reiki will occur during all aspects of the treatment, and the Gua Sha may be used intermittently. This session is suggested for those with stagnation and looking for increased movement physically and energetically. My approach to Gua Sha is more gentle and does not include the traditional scraping.

Kundalini is the energy within all of us. The types of Kundalini reiki I offer are: DNA, Birth Trauma, Generational, Karma, Past Life, Crystalline (blocks or holes in the aura) and Emotional. Booking this session will focus on one of the areas mentioned above. This is different than Usui reiki which is the type of reiki most practitioners use. This may feel like a deeper level of energy work.

"I am ready" is the phrase that lands as you welcome yourself into this ceremony. Salt is known around the world for its purifying and cleansing properties. In this ceremony, there will be a communal salt bowl that has been intentionally prepared by Kenzie to include salts, plants, organics, essential oils and other sacred items. This is a place where you can release whatever is no longer serving you, giving it back to the earth via the salt bowl. This is a place where you can call in your highest alignment, allowing the salt to amplify your energy and recalibrate your being. Kenzie will guide all participants throughout the ceremony. She will create a safe space, holding energy for every person present. We will each have time to interact with the salt bowl individually, and also time to come together in community and support. At the end, each person will receive their own mother salt from the bowl to take home. This is an intimate group with no more than 7 attendees. Creating community with others is encouraged, and there will be time at the end to join a community group with Kenzie to keep in touch with others and share experiences.
