SaveJess Amadeo was born and raised in Thunder Bay. She graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2010. Jess brings a great background of clinical hospital pharmacy to our team, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings in a variety of areas. She has great enthusiasm for health and wellness and takes pride in providing comprehensive and personalized patient care. Outside of pharmacy, Jess enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves sports and outdoor activities including curling, running, camping and fishing.

Our friendly, expert pharmacists can provide monitoring of your INR levels and management of your warfarin dose.
The pharmacist will do an assessment and if it is appropriate they will prescribe medication to treat a common ailment/condition or discuss next steps. Common ailments our pharmacy team can assess: Bacterial skin infection (impetigo), Canker sores, Cold sores, Diaper rash, Eczema and allergic skin rash, Heartburn and indigestion, Hemorrhoids, Insect bites and stings, Joint and muscle pain, Mild acne, Menstrual pain, Nasal allergies (i.e., hay fever), Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy, Pink eye (due to allergies or bacteria), Pinworms and threadworms, Thrush (fungal infection of the mouth), Tick bites (Lyme disease prevention), Urinary Tract Infection and Yeast infection
Our Optifast Clairty Appointment will provide you with an overview of the product, the program, evidence and the support provided by our team as you work towards your goals of weight management. We will review your eligibility for the program, and get to know you and your goals!
A regular follow-up appointment for people enrolled in the Optifast Program.
When you've completed the Optifast Clarity Appointment and have decided that this program and our team is a good fit for you and your goals, we will proceed with the Optifast Program Start appointment. During this appointment, we will complete baseline starting weight measurements and vitals, review your medical history, complete a medication review, discuss all of the information for getting started and set you up for beginning your program!
Optifast follow up for patients who have started the program prior to Jan 2025.
