As a new mom Jessica has a special passion for those parents who are dealing with old nagging injuries, new injuries and trying to find a sense of self throughout their parenting journey, as she herself strives to return to the ultra-marathon and trail running world.
Through her passion with movement and exercise her goal is to help bridge a gap during changes in life that may create boundaries to living the life you desire. She is driven to advance her knowledge and skills as a physiotherapist to continue to help a full range of clients.
