Joey is a Registered Massage Therapist who works with active individuals and athletes experiencing chronic pain, unresolved injuries, or performance-limiting movement issues. He has a strong interest in overhead and explosive athletes, runners, and strength-training populations, using assessment-driven treatment, hands-on therapy, and targeted exercise to support recovery, resilience, and injury prevention. When Joey is not in the clinic or playing sports, he is always on the lookout for delicious food spots. Got a favourite restaurant or hidden gem? Let him know — he’s all ears for food recommendations!

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a table-based, therapist-assisted stretching system that focuses on the body’s connective tissue rather than just the muscles. Unlike typical stretching that isolates one muscle, FST works on entire chains of fascia that often become tight from stress, training, injury or posture. The therapist uses gentle traction, movement and stretching to create space in joints and free restrictions in the fascia. Designed to be pain-free , working with the nervous system through gentle, rhythmic patterns.
