Jona is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College. Jona has 3 years of experience working as a bodyworker and in Thai Massage, and is excited to use what she has learned to help her patients as an RMT.
She has a passion for supporting optimal function and wellness to all of her patients and is focused on patient centered care. She incorporates active modalities, Swedish techniques, trigger point release, and other techniques to best suit her clients at each stage in their wellness journey.
In her spare time, Jona enjoys cooking, exercising at the gym, and trying new restaurants in the lower mainland.
