Justine is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and musician based in Cochrane, Alberta. She has a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and is passionate about building healing therapeutic relationships in which people feel safe, respected, supported, and empowered. She works from a trauma informed and intersectional perspective and her specializations include postpartum anxiety & depression, ADHD, addiction, grief & loss, identity issues, parental challenges, and more. With nearly two decades of experience working in the human services using music, art, and storytelling to promote wellness in the lives of youth, adults, and communities at large, she feels equipped to provide therapeutic space that is meaningful and catered specifically to each client she is connected with.
When it comes to food, Justine is open to all of it but often craves either Bánh mì or a spicy noodle bowl that involves slightly charred broccoli. She and her partner often enjoy these together and on a sunny day they are both suckers for ice cream, mostly because they get to watch their toddler revel in the experience of it.
