This is appointment is for people who wish to have injection therapy at Collaborative Wellness Inc, including B12 or vitamin D. **Book this visit if you are not a pre-existing patient of either Dr. Lisa or Dr. Wendy.** You will need to have recent blood work available that confirms the requirement and appropriateness of receiving an injection therapy. This visit DOES NOT include the cost an injection which will be added if the doctor determines that you are a candidate to receive one.
