With 27 years of experience in practice, I bring a deep and seasoned approach to massage therapy, grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine compassion. I graduated with academic honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) and have spent my entire career working in dynamic, multidisciplinary clinical settings.
I have a special interest in supporting pregnant individuals, seniors, and those with complex or medically challenging conditions. My practice is rooted in a whole-person approach that prioritizes safety, collaboration, and long-term well-being.
Outside the clinic, I’m a musician, gardener, and avid reader who loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, or paddling a canoe.

Assessment with TPI Professional and/or Registered Health Professional. Golf fitness is about being able to play the game at an individual’s highest level and doing so without causing injury. The TPI screen (evaluation) will identify physical limitations that may be influencing a player’s swing mechanics and efficiency. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a customized, TPI generated exercise program for that golfer.

Low Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT) is the use of light from a Low Intensity Laser Diode or an array of Superluminous Diodes to eliminate pain, accelerate healing and decrease inflammation. Laser Therapy does not heat or cut tissue, unlike high intensity lasers. Many pharmacological treatments mask pain or only address the symptoms of the disease, Laser Therapy treats the underlying condition or pathology to promote healing.
