She brings specialized training in perinatal mental health, trauma, and relational therapy, offering care that is both informed and deeply attuned. Rooted in a reproductive justice framework with a cultural forward approach, Kat’s approach is collectivist, anti-oppressive, and collaborative—drawing from modalities like Relational Cultural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Existential Therapy, Liberatory Psychology and Narrative Therapy to honour each person’s unique story.
