I have always been passionate about _helping people heal through **holistic health and wellness**_. This was sparked by my adoration for plants and the healing nature of plant medicine, as a horticulturist.
Understanding the interconnectedness between plants and the human body led to my exploration of different modalities of healing.
I became passionate about learning about the importance of our _lymphatic system_ and I became certified in Brazilian lymphatic drainage.
My treatments are centred around _optimizing people’s **health and immune function**_, while enhancing well- being and confidence through holistic body work and sculpting.
In my free time, you will usually find me in the garden, sitting with the plants and sipping on lymphatic supporting herbal teas, doing yoga, or hanging out with friends!
