Katriana received her Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Australia in 2019 and Bachelors in Kinesiology in 2017. Her core values and passion for human movement blossomed from an early age as a competitive dancer (ballet, pointe, jazz and tap) and swimmer. She greatly values education, exercise and self-management for overall wellness and long-term health.
As a physiotherapist, Katriana excels in assessing and prescribing individualized exercise programs, promoting an evidence based and active approach to physiotherapy. Katriana also has experience in leading reformer based Pilates classes in Australia. Furthermore, Katriana is a certified practitioner in Intramuscular stimulation (IMS). This allows her to provide dry needling treatments for pain sensitization, which can further aid her active approach to rehabilitation by decreasing barriers to movement and exercise. In her free time Kat enjoys strength training, travelling, and spending time with her rescue dogs.
