Kayala graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT), where she gained experience treating a wide range of conditions, including acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, pain and tension disorders, neurological conditions, prenatal and postpartum concerns, sports-related injuries, and motor vehicle accidents.
Having experienced work and sport injuries as well as multiple motor vehicle accidents herself, she understands the rehabilitation process and is committed to helping clients reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their wellness goals.
Her treatments may include myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, neuromuscular techniques, and active rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Kayala enjoys staying active through weightlifting, aerobic fitness and hiking.
