Keith's practice is focused on treating pain and improving function. He excels in treating pain conditions such as tendonitis, sciatic and low back pain, headaches, neck pain, nerve issues and many other common conditions. His curiosity and clinical process lends itself well to the treatment of chronic and long-standing issues.
Keith's sessions involve the use of movement to achieve powerful releases during treatment, so please arrive for your session dressed in clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Keith proudly incorporates RAPID Neurofascial Reset into his appointments.
Keith incorporates trauma-aware principles into his treatments, and ensures that consent and understanding are a priority. If you are concerned about how trauma may impact your ability to receive touch-based therapy, you are encouraged to book a Trauma-Informed session so that discussions about boundaries and treatment will be heavily prioritized.

This assessment is designed to measure how your lower body is functioning right now using objective testing and guided movement analysis. We use force plates and standardized movement tasks to assess balance, weight-bearing symmetry, lower-limb loading strategy, and overall readiness for rehab, exercise, or progression into group training. This assessment is a strong fit for people who: • are recovering from injury • are dealing with knee, hip, ankle, or leg symptoms • want to know if they are ready to move from rehab into training • want a baseline before starting physiotherapy or group fitness • want to reassess progress after treatment • want a clearer picture of their lower-body function as they age Depending on your needs, the assessment may include: • gait and posture screening • quiet standing balance analysis • sit-to-stand testing • squat assessment • single-leg balance testing • hip range of motion screening when relevant At the end of the session, you will receive a summary of the findings and a recommendation for next steps. This may include physiotherapy, targeted exercise, transition into group fitness, or continued maintenance work. This is not just a workout screen. It is an objective starting point that helps us decide what your body is ready for now, and what it needs next. Session length: 30 to 45 minutes

Trauma Informed Massage Therapy recognizes that a person’s history may present them with barriers to comfortably accessing bodywork. Using ongoing consent and communication, the goal is to create a space where you are empowered to access therapeutic touch in a holistic healing environment Utilizing a trauma-informed approach does not require disclosure of trauma. Rather, services are provided in ways that recognize the need for physical and emotional safety, as well as choice and control in decisions affecting one’s treatment. The appointment is shaped around evidence informed techniques which are adapted moment-to-moment to provide relief from pain as well as create harmony between the body and mind
