Kilby Curran is originally from Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, having moved to Halifax to complete her education in Marketing and Public Relations. She often found herself delivering bad news on a daily basis and quickly realized she wanted to uplift or brighten others' days; this is where Massage Therapy came into play! Kilby headed back to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist in 2014 at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. 10 years later, she still enjoys making a positive impact on others' wellness journeys.
Kilby looks forward to each individual coming through her doors, helping to create a treatment plan that will facilitate effective change. Since graduating, she has completed courses in Cupping, Hot Stone Therapy, Gua Sha and Chronic Pain Management.
In her spare you'll find Kilby spending time with her two daughters, running, hiking, reading and discovering restaurants and shops throughout Halifax; a local junky!
Kilby is accepting new patients here at Luminate Co Wellness Centre.
