Kolin is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with the Association of Applied Sport Psychology, and Professional Member with the Canadian Sport Psychology Association. He is also a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counselling. He holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Physical Education, and Masters of Education in Coaching Science from the University of British Columbia, a Masters of Business Administration from Athabasca University in St. Albert, and a Doctorate of Education in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
Kolin takes an interdisciplinary approach to mental performance combining aspects from the physical, technical, tactical, cognitive, and psychological domains. He uses research and evidence based techniques to create a client centered program to allow clients to build the best version of their career both on and off the field of play.

This consultation is intended to provide an overview of Vision Therapy and determine whether the vision rehabilitation and therapy approach is an appropriate fit for your needs. Topics typically discussed include relevant case and medical history, an overview of Vision Therapy and how the process works, clinic policies and program structure, and fees and next steps. You are also welcome to ask any questions or raise any concerns you may have about Vision Therapy during this time.

This is a one-on-one private vision therapy evaluation if you are experiencing visual symptoms (including: eyestrain, double vision, headaches, intermittent blurry vision). At your initial appointment the Vision Therapist will conduct conduct a comprehensive oculomotor function assessment. Following the assessment, the Vision Therapist will complete a report indicating deficiencies and the recommended treatment plan. Please Note: A Vision Therapy Intake Form must be completed prior to the Initial Session. Records of your last eye exam by an eye care provider must be available.
