My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming space where you can come as you are and begin moving forward with clarity and hope.
I’m Leanne, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist with 20+ years of study and experience in psychology and wellness. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and Art Therapy (MCP:AT). My earlier training in Contemplative Psychology shaped my integrative approach, blending Western psychology with mindfulness and body-based practices that honour the whole person—mind, body, and inner life. I have worked in private practice, as well as community and healthcare settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, and parenting.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. Therapy with me is primarily talk-based, grounded in evidence-based practices, and thoughtfully incorporates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and optional creative reflection when helpful. Together, we identify what may be keeping you stuck, build practical tools for change, and help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and a deeper sense of peace—so you can move forward with greater ease and live more fully as yourself.
