Linda believes that the key to achieving optimum health lies in finding balance among the physical, emotional and spiritual realms. Using massage therapy as a starting point, she strives to create greater body awareness and nurture that wholistic balance in her patients.
Linda is committed to life-long learning, both personally and professionally. She began her career in Massage Therapy in 2001 after obtaining her diploma from Kikkawa College in Toronto. She also holds a Bachelor of Music degree (U.Sask), a Certificate in Physical Fitness Instruction (Concordia), and a Diploma in Spiritual Psychotherapy and Direction (Transformational Arts College). She has also over the years explored several complementary modalities, always coming back to the power of basic Swedish Massage. Having recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Wellness Coaching (Humber College), Linda intends to expand her Massage Therapy practice to offer Wellness Coaching services for those who are seeking support in achieving their wellness visions.
