This backpack is filled with our identity, our life’s lessons, and who we are. At some point in our travels, we begin to feel its weight and the need to re-evaluate and alleviate our burdens.
Linda knows firsthand how difficult it can be to begin the healing journey and believes we can courageously let go of unneeded rocks with compassion while embracing the life messages we need for balance. Linda’s mission is to provide a safe, trusting and non-judgmental environment where you can feel encouraged to share your story throughout the counselling process.
With over 10 years of experience as a Registered Professional Counsellor, Linda has been dedicated to educating herself in various modalities to assist her clients through their journey. From Linda’s grounding techniques, such as meditation and mindfulness, to traditional modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and TIR (Trauma Incident Reduction), her approach is to assess, assist, and establish your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
With these counselling methods and techniques, Linda will teach you how to reclaim your sense of purpose and help you reveal your pathways to forgiveness, renewal, change, and ultimately lighten your load. It’s time to unpack!
