Lisa's journey into the world of natural healing began with a deep passion for movement and the human body. Her extensive background in competitive gymnastics, spanning an impressive 26 years, provided her with an intimate understanding of the body's intricate mechanics and the importance of holistic care.
As a registered massage therapist, Lisa is well-versed in various therapeutic techniques, including positional release therapy and cupping. These modalities allow her to address a wide range of physical issues, from chronic pain to stress-related tension, promoting relaxation, and restoring balance.
But Lisa's expertise doesn't stop at massage therapy. She's also a certified yoga teacher, drawing from the ancient wisdom of yoga to help her clients achieve both physical and mental harmony. Her classes provide a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to explore their bodies and minds, promoting flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.

A non-invasive therapy that focuses on harmonizing the craniosacral system, (including the head, neck and spine, and everything within), which is the core system of our bodies. This therapy works on the bones of the cranium and the vertebrae, including the sacrum and tailbone; the brain and spinal cord (positively affecting the central nervous system and the autonomic nervous system); the fluid flowing in and around the craniosacral system; blood and cerebrospinal fluid; the tissue of the brain and spinal cord; and the dural membrane system. By affecting the craniosacral system we can influence many issues including, but not limited to, headaches and migraines, post-concussion symptoms, sinus congestion and pain, neck and back pain, digestive issues, pelvic issues, joint pain, and many more!
A follow up appointment if you have had an initial CranioSacral treatment already. Focused treatment of a designated issue.
