Louisa is an RMT and graduate of the Ontario College of Health and Technology with honours. She
is trained in a wide variety of massage techniques and is especially passionate about using
myofascial release and joint mobilizations to help her clients move and feel better. Louisa
treats each client with a holistic approach. She believes in the importance of performing a
thorough assessment to find the root of the discomfort rather than chasing symptoms. Louisa is also trained in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST™) level 2 and McMaster Contemporary Acupuncture.

A hybrid treatment that combines neurofunctional acupuncture and massage. Acupuncture will be used to target the nervous system to reduce pain, increase blood flow and sympathetic modulation. The treatment will be combined with massage techniques to further decrease muscle tension. A great option for those suffering from injuries, chronic pain and daily stressors!

+ HST Cupping is a modality that involves suctioning the skin with plastic, or silicone cups. It helps to reduce adhesions in the fascia (connective tissue), promote circulation, improve range of motion and reduce pain. Redness of bruising may result but should subside within 48 hours.
