Luca is passionate about physical and mental well-being, having participated in diverse sports from a young age—including nearly a decade of competitive hockey and more recent training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in 2020, he became a Certified Personal Trainer and began helping clients meet fitness goals through tailored exercise programs, education, and lifestyle modifications. Inspired by the positive impact of coaching, he pursued and completed his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario in 2023. With a focus on restoring movement and alleviating pain, Luca aims to empower patients through education, mobility, and strength-building, helping them reclaim their health and well-being. He continues to enjoy active pursuits like biking, snowboarding, and spikeball, maintaining his lifelong commitment to athletics and movement.
