SaveAs an art therapist, I am deeply committed to using creative expression as a meaningful avenue for healing, personal growth, and connection. Art therapy combines the insights of psychotherapy with the expressive power of creativity, offering clients an alternative way to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be difficult to express verbally. It is a flexible and supportive approach for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, and no prior art experience or skill is required.

I hold a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapies and have a particular focus on supporting neurodiverse children and youth. My work is grounded in a neurodiversity‑affirming, disability‑positive, trauma‑informed, and culturally responsive framework. I value curiosity, playfulness, and the use of personal interests as important elements of the therapeutic process, and I strive to create a safe, respectful environment where clients feel free to express themselves in ways that feel authentic and meaningful to them.
