Hi, I’m Madison! I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (December 2022). I’ve been practicing since May 2023, and I truly love what I do.
I’ve always been interested in the human body and knew I wanted to work in healthcare, so massage therapy felt like a natural fit for me. One of my favourite parts of being an RMT is helping people feel their best—whether that means reducing stress, easing tension, or supporting recovery.
**What to Expect During my Treatments**
My treatment style is very personalized and collaborative. I use a blend of techniques including deep tissue, Swedish massage, PNF stretching, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations. PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching is an active form of stretching where we gently contract and relax muscles to help improve flexibility, reduce tension, and increase range of motion, it’s especially helpful for tight or restricted areas.
I’ll always work with you to find the right approach based on your comfort level and goals. You can expect a combination of light to deep pressure depending on your needs. I like to focus on those stubborn areas using targeted pressure point work, while also incorporating smooth, flowing techniques to help you relax and unwind.
My goal is for you to leave each session feeling better, more at ease, and supported in your overall wellness.
**Outside the Clinic**
I enjoy staying active through fitness, spending time outdoors—especially camping—and recharging at home. Whether I’m out exploring or enjoying a quiet night in, I value balance, which is something I also try to bring into my treatments.

MLD or manual lymphatic drainage is a choreographed series of feather light 'skin stretch' strokes that encourage the lymph capilaries to open, which aids in swelling reduction. It is excellent for pre and post surgical patients, or any swelling that may occur. MLD is a contraindicator* in patients who have auto immune conditions. This treatment stimulates the immune system, and in a patient with autoimmunity it may exasperate their symptoms.
