**VACATION NOTICE** Mandy will be away from Jul 4th until August 17, 2026. During her absence Liya and Eleanore will be helping to oversee her clients and provide ongoing support to ensure continuity of care.
Mandy graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (C.C.M.H) and has continued her education by specializing in both pregnancy massage and sports massage.
Mandy believes that manual therapy plays a huge role in preventative medicine and in her practice she has great success working with conditions such as:
• Low back/ Hip/ Sciatica pain
• Pregnancy Related Discomfort
• Injury Rehabilitation
• Neck and Shoulder pain
• Headaches/ Migraine
• Stress and Anxiety
Mandy is skilled in deep tissue massage for both therapeutic and relaxation purposes utilizing a variety of techniques from acupressure and cupping to advanced myofascial release into her treatments to help alleviate discomfort.
Mandy enjoys connecting with her clients to empower them to reach their optimal health goals.
Being a Registered Massage Therapist has truly been a blessed journey for Mandy. She is honored to be a part of the Continuum Wellness team.

While not a deep tissue massage, Swedish massage techniques, gentle joint mobilizations, facial work, cranial work and manual lymphatic drainage techniques are often incorporated into the treatment. Customized for each client. At the end of the treatment, you'll get access to downloadable resources, including the audio version of the body scan that you can save to your phone and listen to anytime you want to reconnect with your body.
