Megan graduated from the Fanshawe College Advanced Massage Therapy Program and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Megan has a love for sports, fitness, and movement. She grew up playing hockey and lacrosse, which ignited her interest in how the body works and moves. That eventually led her into the fitness world and it’s been a big part of her life ever since.
In her practice, she focuses on blending health care and fitness to support people living active lifestyles. She has worked with all kinds of clients and conditions, but she is especially passionate about helping people recover from injuries, move through rehab, and get back to doing what they love, whether that’s training hard or just feeling good day to day.
Every treatment is personalized to you and your goals. Her aim is to help you move better, feel stronger, feel better and stay doing what you love, longer.

FST is ideal for athletes looking to optimize performance and recovery, active individuals wanting to improve mobility, and anyone experiencing chronic pain, stiffness, or movement restrictions. Benefits Improve flexibility and joint mobility Reduce pain, tension, and stiffness Enhance movement, recovery, and performance Improve posture and promote relaxation What to Wear Please wear athletic shorts and an athletic T-shirt, tank top, or sports bra to allow for comfortable movement during your session.
