Mel Nadeau is a Wellness Coach, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Ayurvedic Practitioner, Energy/Bodyworker, Postpartum Doula and Nurse with over 20 years experience working in the field of natural health. She offers a variety of services incorporating a myriad of healing modalities in her consultations and hands on therapy sessions. She has spent her career educating through one on one support as well as workshops and classes.
In addition to her diploma’s in Holistic Nutrition both from CSNN and IHN in Canada, she spent 14 years of living, studying, and teaching Ayurveda as well as Yoga at a holistic centre in Vancouver. She utilizes various counseling and coaching methods, as well as communication and conflict resolution practices during her sessions.
Mel keeps active in learning and practicing annually. She also has experience in a variety of meditative and mindfulness practices and actively pursues study in Eastern and Western philosophies that promote balance and wellbeing.
