I completed my Bachelor of Science with a major in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. I worked as a kinesiologist and personal trainer before achieving my Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia in 2008.
As a physical therapist with over 13 years of experience, I enjoy helping people recover from orthopedic injuries and surgeries and providing treatment and education to aid in injury prevention.
I have taken post graduate courses in orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and taping. I have also completed the Calibrate Comprehensive Clinical Pilates training (matwork, reformer, cadillac).
