Micah is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with a strong passion for health and wellness. She believes in creating a balanced approach that blends both relaxing and therapeutic massage, with each treatment thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs. Her goal is to support injury recovery and prevention while reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being. Micah welcomes clients aged 16 and older and is committed to providing personalized, evidence-informed massage therapy in a comfortable and supportive environment. She takes the time to understand each client's unique concerns and goals, tailoring every treatment to help reduce pain, improve mobility, support recovery, and promote overall well-being. Micah offers a variety of techniques, including Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Joint Mobilization, Hot and Cold Therapeutic Stone Massage, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Intraoral Massage for TMJ dysfunction, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Outside of the treatment room, Micah enjoys spending her free time with her two dogs, camping, swimming, and being immersed in nature. She also loves traveling the world and exploring new cultures through food, always eager to try new cuisines and experiences.
