Mitalee received her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2012 and Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2014 from India. She is licensed and registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Mitalee provides detailed clinical assessment and patient education to identify the root cause of pain and dysfunction. Her treatment approach is hands-on and patient-centred, with manual therapy forming the foundation of care, complemented by individualized exercise prescription.
In addition to orthopaedic and spine rehabilitation, Mitalee has advanced training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and treats a wide range of female and male pelvic health conditions, including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, prolapse, pregnancy-related concerns, postpartum recovery, and post-surgical pelvic rehabilitation.
She is trained in pessary assessment and fitting, conservative management of prolapse and incontinence, and integrates breathing strategies, pressure management, and core-pelvic coordination into treatment. Her approach is holistic and evidence-based, with care plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
Mitalee’s clinical specializations include Mulligan Concept, McKenzie Method, Kaltenborn manual therapy, Kinesio Taping, neurodynamic techniques, core rehabilitation, acupuncture, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

This shorter session is for ongoing care of a persistent or recurrent blocked duct after your initial assessment. Your physiotherapist will re-check the area, and continue with targeted ultrasound treatment Please bring your baby or a pump for immediate feeding or pumping after the session, which maximizes the effectiveness of the treatment.

This first appointment is designed to help relieve the discomfort of a blocked milk duct. Your physiotherapist will begin with a brief assessment, discuss your breastfeeding history, and rule out any concerns such as infection or mastitis. Therapeutic ultrasound will then be applied directly over the blocked area to soften the plug, reduce inflammation, and improve milk flow. We’ll also teach you gentle self-massage techniques and positioning tips to support ongoing breast drainage. Please bring your baby or a pump, as it is important to breastfeed or pump immediately after your treatment to help clear the duct. Most blockages improve within 1–3 sessions.

A Pessary may be warranted in the following situations: - Pelvic Organ Prolapse- with symptoms like heaviness, pressure, bulging, difficulty voiding bladder/fully emptying, mental/emotional bother - Stress Urinary Incontinence - For those who elect not to undergo surgery -For those who are not surgical candidates (Due to co-morbidities or age) - For those awaiting surgery -For those considering surgery but who are not yet done childbearing -To rule out occult incontinence pre pelvic surgery During your appointment you will undergo through a thorough assessment for which pessary type best suits you and size of the pessary. Your physiotherapist will guide you about the care of the pessary. You will need to follow up with your Physiotherapist at recommended intervals. Charge for this appointment of $280 only includes assessment. You will be charged for pessary separately for $100.
