After a 25 year career as a tradesman, Paul shifted into a second career as a Registered Massage Therapist during the pandemic, graduating from Canadian College of Health Sciences and Technology in 2023.
Having worked a very physical job and being an avid outdoorsman and sportsman on weekends, his inspiration to help others was born from his incredible experience as a client of massage therapists for decades. He says “ I would walk into the clinic a broken man and emerge feeling 10 years younger and I want to provide that fountain of youth for others now “of his perceived rewards and mission.
Paul is trained in Swedish massage and is proficient in employing Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Myofascial techniques for stubborn soft tissue issues. He is also skilled at the use of Hot Stones and providing Indian Head treatments for those who suffer from headaches and/or issues from the shoulders up.
For those clients who are uncomfortable being in a state of undress, Paul is also proficient at providing Thai Table massage which the client will wear loose, comfortable clothes during the massage and Thai techniques (kneading, compressions, assisted stretching, tapotement and breathwork amongst other things) are employed with the client on a standard massage table.

Why not join Urban Poling Instructor, Marilyn Farnworth, for an invigorating walk outside and get some fresh air and sunshine (Vitamin D) at the same time??!! Urban Poling/Nordic Walking helps you burn more calories, engages your core muscles and your upper body, while reducing impact on your lower joints and enhancing your body’s natural fat burning capabilities. Classes will incorporate proper technique, warm ups and cool downs with the poles and stimulating walks outside. Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather, wear comfortable walking shoes, suntan lotion, and bring your water bottle.
