Anyi is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Anyi is an experienced counsellor that likens our mental health status to the weather. While sometimes everything is good, at other times, we could feel the storm brewing when problems start, or we are cleaning after a storm.
Regardless of what the weather is in your world, Anyi is available to help support or help you maintain the calm, navigate the storm or cleanup after the storm by helping you develop and identify the skills you already possess to navigate whatever the weather holds.
