I am really excited to work with you on your wellness journey.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a unique mobility treatment that works with both your myofascial and your nervous system at the same time. Using gentle pain-free assisted stretching techniques combined with decompression of joints, FST helps release tension in the body's connective tissues (fascia) while encouraging the nervous system to relax and downregulate. The benefits of FST + massage may include: - improved mobility and range of motion, - improved posture and movement patterns - reduced stiffness, and everyday aches - a greater sense of freedom throughout the body - enhanced athletic performance and recovery Many clients also find FST helps them feel calmer, more balanced, and less stressed after their session. During your session, you will remain fully clothed in comfortable athletic wear while your therapist guides you through a series of assisted stretches and massage techniques tailored to your needs and goals. This treatment can be beneficial for athletes/active individuals looking to improve performance, those recovering from physical strain or experiencing stiffness/restricted movement, and anyone wanting to simply move better.

Hot stone massage therapy uses warm stones to relax muscles and ease tension, promoting deep relaxation throughout the body. The warm stones also improves blood circulation bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the skin and tissue. Beyond the physical benefits, hot stone massage can also have a calming effect on the mind, reducing stress and anxiety levels. The hot stones treatment is weaved into your targeted massage therapy session.
Similar to the hot stone massage the addition of cold stones has its benefits. The contrast of hot and cold stone offers increased circulation, and release of waste products that aids in overall tension and release of tight tissues. The use of stones of different temperature has been scientifically and medically proven to be of great benefit for decreasing tension, healing, and pain-relief, promoting deep relaxation. The hot and cold stone treatment is weaved into your targeted massage therapy session.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy, is very light and rhythmic stretching of the skin in a specific pattern that is designed to stimulate lymph flow and drain the affected tissue of excess water and protein. When the lymphatic system stagnates, excess fluid accumulates in the tissue, and inflammatory wastes builds up in the tissue. MLD clears that congestion. It also stimulates the parasympathetic response, making it a wonderful nervous system tool. This can help people with chronic sinusitis, traumatic eye injury, concussion recovery, whiplash, tinnitus, overuse injuries such as medial and lateral epicondylitis, sprains and strains, pre and post surgery (with medical clearance), shoulder impingement, frozen shoulder, Hip osteoarthritis, hip replacement, scar work and overall wellbeing. Please note that lymphatic drainage can increase the blood volume by up to 10%. As such organ diseases such as CCHF, COPD, kidney and liver disease, are not compatible with lymphatic drainage. You should also not receive MLD if you have an active infection, acute deep vein thrombosis (DVT), bronchial asthma, preeclampsia to name a few. If you are unsure if MLD is for you, always consult a healthcare provider before booking a session.
