Through building a village of support, Samantha found ways to cope with scary and intrusive thoughts, guilt, grief, and identity change. This helped her develop confidence, hope, and life-long connections. Samantha now hopes to be a member of her clients’ village, guiding them to be the parent they want to be; aligned with their values and intuition. She helps her clients achieve their goals by teaching emotion regulation, distress tolerance skills, and mindfulness while uprooting and dismantling unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns. Samantha specializes in treating adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood abuse, trauma, substance use disorder, and eating disorders. Samantha offers in-person and virtual care.
